Looks good. When I look at it, I think there's a little too much blue. But since it's going to be on an agenda cover it'll probably look alright. At the very least, it'll look a lot better than the one I had for high school; that one was a mess. 
So, now I'm going to take a guess at what the mascot is, since it's fun and you've said there is one. ^.^
Is it the little (giant) teddy at the bottom? Or is it (what appears to be) a bulldog at the top?
